You always own every ad account, tag manager, warehouse table and BI dashboard we build. We get admin access on day one and hand back full control the day we offboard. All spend is billed directly by the platform to your company card — we never touch client budget.
Sprints and audits are fixed-length, so there is no minimum beyond the scope. Growth Pod retainers carry a three-month minimum so experiments have time to reach statistical confidence. Fractional CMO engagements require a six-month commitment because executive impact needs a full budgeting cycle to show.
Yes — contractually. For the duration of your engagement plus 90 days, we will not accept a direct competitor in your Singapore or ASEAN category. The exclusivity scope is defined jointly at contract signing so there’s no ambiguity later.
Every account gets three layers: a live Looker dashboard you can open at any time, a Friday scorecard on Slack covering the week’s experiments and spend, and a monthly board-ready read-out signed by the Growth Lead. No separate slide decks, no shadow spreadsheets.
All engagements are fixed monthly fees in Singapore Dollars. We deliberately avoid pure media-spend commissions because they bias against the pause-and-fix decisions that keep CAC healthy. For select post-Series A clients we offer an optional performance bonus tied to an agreed north-star metric.
Yes. Growth Pod retainers include one on-site day per fortnight in Singapore, and we travel across ASEAN when needed. Travel costs are shown transparently in the proposal so there are no surprises on the first invoice.
Every engagement ends with a documented offboarding: a written playbook of the campaigns, dashboards and experiments that are working, a two-week overlap with the in-house replacement (if hiring), and a 60-day “support on call” window for account-level questions.
Every team member signs a confidentiality agreement. Client data stays in your accounts and your warehouse — we never copy it into ours. Case studies on this site are anonymised and reviewed by the client before publication. Details are covered in our privacy policy.
